I'm the glue between operations, product, and technology.

I'm a strategic operator who has spent 15+ years inside technology-enabled service companies, where operational and product challenges are inseparable. I work with scale-ups at an inflection point — usually when there's no senior operations person, or when that person is stretched thin. My job is to help leaders figure out what to focus on first, then actually build it.
